I started the course with the enthusiasm of someone eager to learn something new. Well, I discovered a world I knew nothing about. Filippo manages to convey his passion for this work, which I would now also call an "art". Because, beyond the professionalism, dedication and passion, I realised that creating cocktails is an art: beyond ingredients and measurements, there is feeling. It is not just about mixing a few liquids together, but about creating something beautiful and enjoyable both for the person making it and for the person drinking it. It was not easy, but it is something that enriches you enormously, both personally and practically. (There was no shortage of laughter, either!)

When I started the course, I had no idea how comprehensive and detailed it was. Even though Bronze is a foundation level, it really gives you an in-depth understanding of cocktail-making methods and a wide range of cocktails, equipment and ingredients. It went far beyond my expectations. Thoroughly recommended. I do not think there are other courses that can offer this level of depth to absolute beginners, as I was. The final certificate recognised by the Italian bartenders’ association is also a bonus that should not be underestimated.
