What data we collect

When you fill in one of our contact forms (Academy or Events) we collect the data you enter: name, email, phone (if provided), the course or event details (date, location, number of guests, collection) and your message. We also record the page of the site from which you sent the request.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and provide information, details or a quote about our courses and events (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To send you the automatic confirmation email that we received your request (same basis).
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising without your separate consent.

How we store it and who processes it

Requests are saved in the website database and sent by email to info@marinellibartenderacademy.com. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Lovable (website hosting and database), Resend (automatic emails, servers in Ireland/EU) and Aruba S.p.A. (mailbox and domain). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Retention

We keep requests for as long as needed to reply and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise or a contract is concluded.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@marinellibartenderacademy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.

Providing your data

Name, email and message are necessary to reply to you; without them we cannot handle your request.
