More Than Just an Amazing Bartender — Someone Who Truly Cares!

There are people who simply provide a service, and then there are people who go above and beyond to make sure your special day is everything you dreamed of. Filippo is definitely one of those extraordinary people! Just a couple of weeks before our wedding, I unexpectedly faced a health issue that meant I couldn’t drink any alcohol for medical reasons. As you can imagine, not being able to enjoy a proper toast or cocktails at my own wedding was a little disappointing. But this is where Filippo truly showed us what kind of person he is. Even though we hadn’t met yet, and he was a vendor hired through our wedding planners, Filippo took it upon himself to find alcohol-free alternatives so I could still enjoy the celebration to the fullest. With very little time to prepare, he went out of his way to research options, look for suitable products, and make sure I wouldn’t feel left out of the experience. What touched me the most wasn’t just the effort he put into finding those alternatives, but how genuinely concerned he was about making sure I had an amazing time at my own wedding. He didn’t have to do any of that. He could have simply said that alcohol-free options weren’t available, especially on such short notice. But instead, he treated my situation with so much care, kindness, and understanding, without even knowing me personally. That meant more to me than he probably realizes. And then came the wedding day itself! Everything was absolutely fantastic! The bar setup was beautiful, the drinks were amazing, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Filippo and his team made sure our guests were having a wonderful time, always delivering excellent service with professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make everyone happy. And I have to mention something about Filippo himself! At first glance, he might look like a bit of a tough guy, but don’t let that fool you! Behind that exterior is an incredibly sweet, kindhearted, thoughtful, and genuinely lovely person.
